Earth’s magnetosphere changes into the shape of a “jellyfish” whenever it is impacted by a severe solar storm
Whenever a severe solar storm impacts directly on Earth, then our planetary magnetic field or “magnetosphere” changes into the general shape of a “jellyfish”: see watch or watch.
That seems to be what those crop artists were telling us at Wayland’s Smithy on May 29, 2009:
The new crop picture shows also seven “eclipse” symbols in its central tail (white numbers 1 to 7), as well as seven streamers hanging off below (yellow numbers 1 to 7):
Both of those features suggest that a solar storm may impact Earth on July 7, 2009, as has already been suggested by several other crop pictures from April or May (see bishopcannings or roundway2).
The new crop picture also shows a small, horizontal, four-circle band just between its head and its long tail (blue arrows, left or right above). That feature closely resembles a crop picture from July 20, 2008 which told us about eclipses (see time2007x). Indeed, the suggested date of July 7, 2009 for an upcoming solar storm will be a penumbral lunar eclipse (see eclipse.gsfc.nasa.gov).
“If directed at Earth, a coronal mass ejection is harmless to people, but slams into Earth's magnetic field, thereby distorting it into the shape of a jellyfish buffeted by a strong current. The most severe CMEs may cause geomagnetic storms capable of disrupting satellites, radio communications or power systems” (see http://www.atlasaerospace.net/eng/newsi-r.htm?id=50).
“Coronal mass ejections typically disturb Earth's magnetic field, distorting it into the shape of a jellyfish buffeted by a strong current. This interaction also energizes electrically charged particles, trapped within Earth's magnetosphere, and so causes bright auroral displays” (see istp.gsfc.nasa.gov).
Have English crop pictures ever predicted severe solar storms before? Andy Thomas noted several years ago (see cropfiles.it):
“The ‘galaxy’ crop pictures of 1994 displayed Mars, Saturn, Jupiter and the Moon in the constellation Cetus, exactly where they would appear on April 6-7, 2000. When that date finally arrived, the Earth encountered a very powerful solar storm, and an aurora borealis was seen across many European or American countries, much further south than would normally be the case. Some wonder whether those crop pictures were trying to tell us, that something important would be happening to our Sun on that night? It seems beyond coincidence. It also seems to show that the intelligences behind those crop pictures have the power of premonition.”
Once we study this new crop picture further, a more complete report can be made. No need to be too concerned! Other severe solar storms impacted on Earth in 2000 or 2003 (as noted above), but hardly anyone took any notice, apart from some professional astrophysicists who became very excited.
Finally, we would like to thank Steve Alexander for use of his excellent aerial photographs, which make scientific analyses such as this possible.

I don’t think I am the only person who will recognize the formation near Wayland Smithy to be a jellyfish. It is a wonderful, unexpected shape and it looks nothing like I’ve ever seen before in the fields. Wondering what that could mean I searched the internet for an explanation and I run across Japanese mythology which speaks of Ryujin, a dragon king. Ryujin, wanted to eat a monkey’s liver to cure a rash. He sent the jellyfish to fetch a monkey, but the monkey tricked the jellyfish. When the jellyfish returned empty-handed, the outraged dragon king beat the jellyfish until all of its bones were crushed. This is why the jellyfish has no bones.
I like the coincidence of a jellyfish and a dragon in one story knowing that Dragon hill is so close to this formation.
Annemieke Witteveen
As soon as I saw this magnificent jellyfish formation I dug out my dissertation I wrote in 2004, because it includes some relevant research:
The jellyfish are the most beautiful and wondrous creatures of the ocean. They can also be the deadliest animal on earth... Jellyfish are 98% water. They can reproduce both sexually and asexually, and they have a three-part lifecycle. If they are not brooded in the belly of the fish, their larvae form by colonising on the seabed. Sexually, egg and sperm are released into the water. Once fertilised the larvae form a second strata, which can come in the form of a 'polyp hybroid colony' (low organisation of hybrids supported by a stem). Individuals then split off from their colony form adults. In asexual reproduction, the medusa simply release their denominations in mid-water. This happens on a curious sidereal cycle (in alignment with the planets and the stars) or synodic lunar-cycle (in alignment with the moon) every 29.45 days (Lee, 1986). "This...star alignment pattern has been dubbed the 'Harmonic Concordance' by John Mirehiel [and] also is the call to the Spirit of humankind to awaken to the idea that we are, in fact, spiritual beings sharing a physical experience." (Erotokritou, 2004).
My course was music industry management & popular music, but by the third year I was totally bored so I decided to say the whole music industry is totally out of synch with the realities of the universe. In fact, the international standard to which all instruments and computers are made is at a different pitch to the harmonics of the sphere on which we live! A used to be at 432 to 435 but today it's 440. The first efforts to change it from its natural (based on the human bel canto singing voice, like all instruments used to be, historically from the time of Verdi) was Joseph Geobbels in 1939.
Bit of a soapbox flashback there, sorry... anyway, if you want to post any of that you are most welcome.

First time in ten years following Agroglyphs that I need to disturb you, sorry. But I cannot give up to say some interesting thing: The ship from Mr. Spock in the actual Star Trek movie (2009) is called "The Jellyfish", the bearer of the strange and dangerous "Red matter"!

Everything about that new crop picture seems to say “July 7”. For example, the thick “tail” of that jellyfish contains seven eclipse-like symbols, while there are seven thin “streamers” hanging off to the right.
Four small vertical circles between its head and its tail represent “eclipses” (see time2007x), while three pairs of tiny white circles in that four-circle group represent three penumbral lunar eclipses which will occur in 2009, namely on February 9, July 7 or August 6. Indeed, the entire crop picture seems to be centred on “July 7” as the central eclipse in a series of three.
Finally, three or four “stripes” appear in the head of that jellyfish. Those stripes may suggest three or four waves of emission from our Sun, when (or if) the predicted solar storm really does occur.
Two more sets of crop pictures should still appear before July 7, 2009
Current observations do seem rather suggestive, yet as Carl Sagan once noted: “Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence”. So we should all remain fairly sceptical, if open-minded, and just wait to see what those crop artists show us next?
Two more sets of astronomical crop pictures should appear on the full Moon of June 7, as well as on the new Moon of June 22, if past experience this season can be any guide.

Medusa in the Fields of Barley!
This is an amazingly sophisticated formation in terms of the breadth and depth of content we can glean from it if we use all the contexts in which one might come across the jellyfish or medusa. Evolutionary biology, paleontology, mythology, entertainment are a few that come to my mind.
The jellyfish belongs to the Cnidarians (formerly Ctenophore) phylum that is also known as radiate animals. These animals are thought to be the first on the planet to show animated behaviour. The body of bundled nerves and muscles enables them to move and exhibit discernible behaviour. These animals have been on Earth for about 500 million years. Somehow, even though numbers, circles and eclipse shapes in the overall formation are indicating activity of the sun, moon and earth, this beautiful formation could also be reminding us of the origins of life and its evolution on our planet. The sea for ages has been the symbol of the beginning of life, and the domain of the Goddess. The impulse to organizing and facilitating life patterns has also been working on the planet far longer than collective humanity can remember.
Not only does this formation remind us of our amazing biological past, but also it refers to more recent (approx 1870's) experiments by Georges Romanes, evolutionary biologist and associate of Charles Darwin, concerning a parallel between the muscular rhythmic movements of the medusa (jellyfish) and those of the human heart. At the time, the origin of the heartbeat was not known but the hypothesis was that stimuli from the nervous system were the cause. In fact, Romanes felt that the tissue of the heart and the tissue of the medusa were of the same nature: they are both made of unique muscular tissue that initiated movement from within itself.
Later the significance of this biological finding juxtaposed to the mythological meaning of Medusa could give us more insight into the message this formation holds for us.
Medusa is the goddess for whom the jellyfish is scientifically named. This brings in the ancient mythological/religious symbolism that is recalled by this Waylands Smithy formation. Medusa is an aspect of the Libyan tripartite Goddess Who represented the creation cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. She is the destroyer aspect of that Trinity, yet the destruction was only perpetrated to make way for the New Order. She is a serpent-goddess representing 'female wisdom'. She is also known as Neith (Egypt), Ath-enna or Athene (North Africa). She is called "mother of all the gods, whom she bore before childbirth existed." She was the past present, and future: "All that has been, that is and that will be." (Walker 629) Because of the mystery shrouding the future and the inevitable knowledge that death is part of that, this goddess is veiled with seven veils. Perhaps the seven 'eclipse' circles forming the central axis of this formation can be allusions to the veils, which are also associated with the lunar healing 'wise blood' of this Goddess.
The ancient religious ways seem strange to us, yet they were synchronized to the cycles of Nature and Earth. Marija Gimbutas has described the Old European matriarchal religions in this holistic way: "It is believed that the Old Europeans worshiped the full circle of birth, death, and rebirth in the form of a "great"-goddess. Unlike the early historical cultures, most of which venerated the givers oflife (for example, the Greek Aphrodite), while dishonouring those who brought death (for example, the Greek Gorgon, Medusa), the Old Europeans did not divide the great-goddess into fragments of "good" and "bad". The goddess was one and many, a unity and a multiplicity. The hybrid bird-and snake goddess was the great-goddess of the life continuum, the goddess of birth, death, and rebirth; she was the creator and the destroyer, the maiden, the crone, and the goddess in the prime of life who mated with the young god in the hieros gamos, the "sacred marriage", and gave birth? again and again?to creation." (Gimbutas, xvii)
So perhaps this formation is telling us that there is some change to be anticipated, in the form of a destruction, disappearance or radical shift. And perhaps it is happening as a result of all the increased activity of the sun and moon, or at least happening in concert with these signs. And like the progress of life on our planet since even before 500 million years ago, evolution continues. Yet there is a difference. Humanity has never been on the Earth in so many numbers and at such a stage of intellectual/scientific/technological development when our solar system will return to the relationship that it had to the centre of the galaxy 26,000 years ago.
As a postscript to this essay I want to thank Annemieke Witteveen who mentioned that Japanese story about the jellyfish getting its bones beaten out and also Michael Glickman for putting forward Alessandro Fanucci's idea of geometry as being 'the bones of God' in his new book "Crop Circles: the Bones of God", because as synchronicity has it, in the light of these two ideas, we have great reason to be hopeful and optimistic.
The jellyfish has no bones, literally, and at the end of the fable, what are left of its entity are the organic living tissues. Using association, one could intimate that the medusa, or Medusa, the Goddess, is the living organism that beats like a heart, in complement to, and in concert with the form that is defined by the geometry, the bones of God. This is not the only statement regarding interaction between the two divine forces, masculine and feminine in this formation. In North European folklore, "Bardic romances abounded in manifestations of the Triple Goddess. Wayland the Smith married her, after she first appeared to him as three magic doves." (Walker 1019) So the location chosen for this formation is another hint regarding its meaning. A union of the 'Masculine' and 'Feminine' energies is activated to bring forth new creation. The field of barley cannot be ignored in this matter either, since it was the seed laid down for the resurrection of Osiris after he died; it too is associated with the Greek Great Goddess Kore/Demeter.
In this Medusa of the Fields, we see beautiful geometry defining its form, and we are also reminded and drawn to think about the heart of this matter of origins, creation, evolution and NEWNESS!

The astronomy of our local solar system was shown at Roundway, Bishop Cannings, Windmill Hill or Wayland’s Smithy in April or May of 2009: the solar ecliptic, lunar orbit, a lunar eclipse on July 7, 2009, and possibly an upcoming solar storm!
A whole series of intricate new crop pictures, from April or May of 2009, have provided a kind of “teaching” information about the astronomy of our local solar system. Some of those pictures have even seemed to warn us that our Sun, now in a quiet phase, might flare or emit a coronal mass ejection on the full Moon of July 7, 2009.
Here we will discuss and explain four of the latest astronomical crop pictures to appear in southern England at Roundway on April 29, Bishop Cannings on May 24, Windmill Hill on May 25, or Wayland’s Smithy on May 29, 2009. Some useful explanations have already been posted about Roundway on roundway or roundway, Bishop Cannings on bishopcannings, Windmill Hill on windmillhill, or Wayland’s Smithy on waylandsmithy.
The extra-terrestrial hypothesis now seems highly favoured
Most of these new crop pictures seem so impressive, both technically and artistically, that their only plausible source would seem to be friendly extra-terrestrials, who are currently visiting our solar system and watching Earth, but not yet making open contact. How long will it take the general citizenry of Britain to recognize and accept these new facts?
Sam Brown had it right when she sang George Harrison’s “Horse to Water” in 2002 (see watch):
“You can take a horse to the water,
But you can't make him drink. Oh no, oh no, oh no! You can have it all laid out in front of you,
but it don't make you think. Oh no, oh no, oh no!”
Defining the nature of our solar ecliptic at Roundway on April 29, 2009
At Roundway on April 29, a large schematic version of our solar system was drawn in yellow oilseed rape:
The view shown there was looking down from above onto the flat plane of our solar system, something which astronomers call the “solar ecliptic”.
Defining the monthly path of our Moon at Bishop Cannings on May 24, 2009
Next at Bishop Cannings on May 24, twelve nested circles were drawn around a central star-like centre, in order to illustrate the yearly orbit of our Moon, as it spirals above or below the solar ecliptic:
The monthly declination of our Moon varies in mid-2009 relative to Earth’s equator by +25o on May 24 (new Moon), -26o on June 7 (full Moon), +25o on June 22 (another new Moon), or -25o on July 7 (another full Moon).
Defining a lunar schedule for the summer of 2009 at Windmill Hill on May 25, 2009
Then at Windmill Hill on May 25, a long series of seven flattened or standing circles were drawn all in a row, in order to illustrate a current lunar schedule for the early summer of 2009:
First we will see a new Moon on May 24 (one day before the crop picture appeared), then a full Moon on June 7, another new Moon on June 22, and another new Moon on July 7. Two S-like shapes were helpfully added to both ends of that long crop picture, in order to remind us that all of those new or full Moons will cross over or under the plane of the solar ecliptic, once in every month:
Telling us about the importance of a penumbral lunar eclipse on July 7, 2009
Now on a somewhat longer six-month schedule of time, our Moon will sometimes cross the plane of the ecliptic in line with Earth and Sun. The two places where it crosses the ecliptic, once every month, are known as its “descending node” or “ascending node”.
If either of those nodes lines up precisely with Earth and Sun, typically once in every 25 weeks, then the conditions may be right to produce a solar or lunar eclipse, such as the one illustrated above (by a large central circle) for July 7. A more detailed explanation is shown below for Earth and Moon orbiting around the Sun:
There we see how long shadows from either the Moon (small ball) or Earth (large ball) may produce solar or lunar eclipses respectively, on a six-month time schedule. Eclipses in 2008, for example, occurred on February 7 or 21, then on August 1 or 16. Eclipses in 2009 have occurred so far on January 26 or February 9, with three more scheduled for July 7, July 22 or August 6.
Why was the lunar symbol for July 7, 2009 drawn so large?
The large central circle which was drawn at Windmill Hill to symbolize a lunar eclipse on July 7, 2009 seems far too large, to mark such an insignificant astronomical event! Penumbral eclipses can barely be seen from Earth, because they block out so little of the Sun’s light during a full Moon.
That large central circle was also drawn in connection with seven “curved lines of eclipse”, which are used to show where on Earth any eclipse will appear geographically:
By simple logic, those seven lines could mean “July 7”. So what is going on here? Why so much fuss over an astronomical non-event?
A solar storm seems to be predicted for July 7, 2009
Well, certain crop pictures from April or May have seemed to suggest that a major solar storm will impact Earth fairly soon, perhaps on July 7, 2009 (see http://www.earthfiles.com or roundway2). The last major solar storm to affect Earth was on October 22, 2003 (see science).
Could this be true? Can English crop pictures really predict the future? One past example which was documented by Andy Thomas seems relevant here (see swirlednews.com or cropfiles.it):
“The ‘galaxy’ crop pictures of 1994 displayed Mars, Saturn, Jupiter and our Moon in the constellation Cetus, exactly where they would appear on April 6-7, 2000. When that date arrived, the Earth encountered a powerful solar storm, and a bright aurora borealis was seen across many European or American countries. Some people wondered whether those 1994 crop circles had been trying to tell us that something important would happen to our Sun in 2000? It seems beyond coincidence. It also seems to show that the intelligences behind such crop pictures have the power of premonition.”
Telling us where our Sun will be located on July 7, 2009
An interesting hypothesis, but not yet proven! Could we perhaps find more evidence for or against that hypothesis, by studying some of those new crop pictures more closely?
At Windmill Hill for example on May 25, we were shown a lunar schedule for the early summer of 2009, where the long axis of that crop picture represents the “solar ecliptic”:
Looking further off into the distance, we can see a large round oval that might be meant to represent our “Sun”, which will be located 22o north of the ecliptic on July 7. Then on the right, we can see a teardrop-shaped pattern in the crop which might be meant to represent a “solar flare”. A similar series of teardrop-shaped “flares” were shown at Peaks Down on May 9 (see peaksdown).
Telling us that our Moon will cross an intersection between the solar ecliptic and the Milky Way just before eclipse
Most field investigators at Windmill Hill were puzzled by one strange aspect of that crop picture: why had it been aligned carefully with respect to two different sets of crop tramlines?
“One curious feature was a mysterious track that can be seen on aerial photographs. It appears to have been made by some vehicle, yet the long axis of that crop formation lies directly along it.”---Stuart Dike (see windmillhill).
“The circlemakers paid careful attention to some old tramlines. If you look closely, you can see that where an old tramline runs through the design, the barley has not been completely flattened.”---Andrew Pyrka (see windmillhill
Upon further study, we found that one set of crop tramlines at Windmill Hill were meant to represent the “solar ecliptic” as discussed above, while the other set were meant to represent the “plane of our Milky Way galaxy”:
A more accurate version is shown below, where both the solar ecliptic and plane of our Milky Way have been drawn with slightly curved paths through our night sky:
But why would those crop artists show us a crossing between our solar ecliptic and the plane of the Milky Way, in relation to an upcoming lunar eclipse? Maximal eclipse on July 7 will be at 0940 UT, when our Moon is in Capricorn at RA 19 hours, 10 minutes and Dec -23o 50 minutes (see eclipse).
Yet two days before on July 5, our Moon will pass through the constellation of Sagittarius at RA 18 hours, 10 minutes and Dec -25o 30 minutes. That is close to where our Sun crosses the galactic centre on December 21-23 of any year at RA 18 hours, 10 minutes and Dec -23o 30 minutes.
Hence by showing two sets of tramlines, they were telling us where our Moon would be located in Earth’s sky just before eclipse.
Four days later at Wayland’s Smithy, they showed us how Earth’s magnetic field will be deformed soon into the shape of a “jellyfish”
Four days later, another spectacular crop picture appeared at Wayland’s Smithy on May 29, 2009. It seems to be telling us (in a fairly humorous fashion) what Earth’s magnetic field will look like soon, after it has been deformed into the shape of a “jellyfish” by an upcoming solar storm (see waylandsmithy):

EARTH LOG 2JUNE 2009 by Celia Fenn
2nd June : The First Crop Circles from the UK...and yes...a Cosmic Jellyfish!
From all the letters that I have received in the last few days, I can see that I am not the only one who is feeling the intensity of the turbulence at this time of change as the Earth accelerates in her journey through hyperspace. Yes, we are moving...at speed. It reminds me of those old Star Trek episodes. The Earth is like a gigantic spaceship, like the Enterprise, and we are all going about life on board until, whoops, something out there rocks the ship and we all scurry arpound to find out if it was the Klingons or the Romulins or something else, but always trusting that Captain Kirk, with the help of Mr Spock, would solve it all and we would be safe, and there was always Scottie to "Beam us up" if we got lost. Ah yes, well, right now we are all still getting used to this strange feeling of moving through hyperspace, at accelerated speed, but always in the present moment, which is so intense it is blasting away all that we can't hold onto. Or don't want or need to hold onto.
So, in the midst of the latest round of turbulence, including the whale beachings and the loss of the Air France flight from Rio (wasn't I just in that aiport a few weeks ago!), which ironically was apparently due to the plane breaking up in severe turbulence, someone from the UK sent me images of the latest Crop Circles. I have always loved Crop Circles. I confess to having no real idea what they are. Yes, I have read all the theories and I have even asked, and was told by Michael that they are "interdimensional imprints". Ok, so what does that mean, exactly. The closest I could get was that they are the visible imprints of events that take place on other dimensions in time/space. They contain information that tells us about what is going on in the quantum field of the Planet and its immediate quantum environment. So, with this in mind, here are the latest "snapshots" from the quantum reality.
This one was taken on 1st of June, at Knoll Down in Wiltshire, which I love and where I hope to be soon! The images are copyright and are from http://www.cropcircleconnector.com
This one was easy for me. It is almost exactly the same as the Ascension Vortex that was shown to me, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, as I was preparing for the work with the Ascension vortex in Rio de Janeiro. It is a visual manifestation or diagram of a "worm hole" or a portal through hyperspace.
But, this next one, was well, hmmm, just kind of weird and funny. A gigantic Jellyfish in the fields of Oxfordshire!
Well, maybe not so funny. The journey through hyperspace is similar to a journey through the Ocean.....the Cosmic Ocean from which all is born. This was the essence of Jean-Luc Bozzoli's wonderful DVD "Transmuteo", which is about the transformation of Humanity through the Creative Journey through hyperspace reality. You can see some of the DVD here. As I was looking through the site, I came across this: "Now with TRANSMUTEO, access advanced parallel civilizations in company of the gentle holographic power of dolphins and whales. Their language is an multi-dimensional organic geometry, and it awakes the blueprints which are dormant within us to reconnect with our original patterns of forever expanding possibilities." Yes, indeed, as we have been discussing in the last few days, the whales and dolphins are our partners in this voyage across the Cosmic Oceans, and they are awakening us to the possibilities for creative co-operation that now exist between ourselves as a newly awakening collective, and other beings who are already able to work within this holographic field of pure potential and possibility.
I do remember that in the "Transmuteo" DVD there was a scene with a gorgeous cosmic jellyfish floating through Oceanic space, pulsating with light. So, I guess the Oxfordshire jellyfish is just a gentle reminder that we are moving through the Cosmic Ocean. And also, that we need to take care of our own Oceans and those who live within them. For the Ocean seems to be a microcosm of the vast Cosmic Ocean, and a powerhouse of creative possibilty and transformation within our own environment as well.
For those of you in the United Kingdon, I will be with you in August, and I will be doing a Retreat week-end with my friend, Sarupa Shah, in Glastonbury. We intend to spend an afternoon with the crop circles, if there are still circles that late in the season. There were last year, even though it was just about harvest time. So, let's see. Of course, Glastonbury is just such a magical place, and we will be doing ceremonies on the Tor and at the Avebury stones. I will be posting more information soon, so if you are in the area in August, please consider joining us.
1st June : Loving Energies for the Whales and Dolphins....:
Thank you to all the loving and supportive people who wrote in response to my post about the whales that beached on our coast here in Cape Town. It was indeed heart warming for me to know that there were so many people who were moved to expressions of their heart's connection with our Cetacean friends and with the Planet itself.
And thank you for all those who sent messages for me. I appreciate your love and support at this time. Here in Cape Town, it is very cold and raining, and almost everyone has flu. I am writing this because my meeting with Children's Foundation committee was cancelled because Wilma has flu and is in bed. This is something of a shock to my system after three weeks of sun in tropical Brazil! But I am trying to slow down and rest and take some time for myself and to reconnect with home, even when it is tough.
Many people asked me about the "message" in the departure of the whales. I am not so sure about what they were trying to "say", if anything. My own understanding is that whales beach when their "guidance systems" are disrupted. They follow electro-magnetic "paths" to navigate the Oceans. When these paths are disrupted by changes in the Earth grids, or confusion in the Earth grids, at times like now, they can just get lost and take wrong turns. The mass beaching occurred at a time of extreme electromagnetic flux here, as manifest in storms and high winds and constant rain.
Also, I know that there is an Ascension portal here in Cape Town that has not been activated, and I was wondering if the whales were looking for it or trying to activate it. It is similar to the one that I worked with in Rio de Janeiro, but so far it has not been opened. This is where my impatience comes in. I know I can't do it alone, any more than I could have worked the Rio portal alone. It needs a group of focussed and committed energies to open the vortex and take the journey that will bring the portal "online" for others to use. So, maybe the whales were seeking the portal or trying to show us that it needs to be opened, so that the pathway "home" is an easy one for those who seek to unite with the Cosmic Heart while still in physical form. This is the essence of the Cosmic Reconnection, and it is a part of the reality of the Cetaceans as well, for the Cetaceans are Cosmic Beings and their connections with the stars are every bit as intense and meaningful as ours. The Cetacean consciousness is also that of Star Voyagers, and they seek to journey with us on our pathway back to ths Stars and the Cosmic Heart. They are part of the Diamond Light Journey and the Diamond Light Consciousness. They are our fellow travellers.
So, for this special day, here is a video that was sent to me by Mieke of the Netherlands. It radiates healing love and light into the Oceans, and I find that it creates calm and peace in my heart after the upheavals of the week-end. Please enjoy.
Here is a quote from "Medicine Cards" by J. Sams & D. Carson that can add to the meaning of the dragonfly formation at Yatesbury:
"Dragonfly is the essence of the winds of change, the messages of wisdom and enlightenment, and the communications from the elemental world. This elemental world is made up of the tiny spirits of plants, and of the elements air, earth, fire, and water. In essence, this world is full of nature spirits."
Here's another idea coming from Ted Andrews in "Animal Speak": "Dragonfly's magic is the power of light and all that has ever been associated with it."
Isn't that also what the crop circles are telling us? That the light energy changes and events are affecting things down here on Earth?
Michelle Jennings
No insect or bird can manoeuvre as well as a dragonfly. Flying up to 30 mph, they will twist, turn, move up and down, fly backwards, even change directions instantaneously and still will spot movement 40 feet away.
The power of Dragonfly lies in its ability to see around things by looking from different angles. Using its ability to transform colours and lights by reflecting and refracting them, Dragonfly shows us that life, like light, can bend, shift, and adapt in various ways, making life's appearance never be what it appears to be. Dragonfly's magic shows us to see through life's illusions and find our true vision. It calls us to transform within our lives and reminds us to feel deeply so we will have the compassion necessary to help ourselves and others.
Dragonfly is the essence of the winds of change, the messages of wisdom and enlightenment; and the communication from the elemental world.Dragonfly medicine beckons you to seek out the parts of your habits which need changing. Call on Dragonfly to guide you through the mists of illusion to the pathway of transformation. The number 2 is important to Dragonfly, so think in terms of two year periods when you begin a change. We have two years to June 2011, we are being guided to utilise Dragonfly energy medicine to bring light and colour of transformation into our lives.
The new “dragonfly” crop picture of June 3, 2009 seems to show our “solar wind” as well as “solar ejections” in the near future.
A new crop picture which appeared at Little London on June 3, 2009 has the unexpected shape of a “dragonfly”, and was immediately publicized by most London newspapers (see telegraph.co.uk or dailymail.co.uk). Yet so far, no one has had any plausible notion of what it might mean!
If benevolent extra-terrestrials are really giving us informative messages in crops, perhaps to get around censorship by Earth governments (see watch or http://www.cnn.com), then what is this particular picture trying to tell us?
Many previous crop pictures from April or May gave us simple “teaching” lessons in astronomy. They also suggested that our Sun might produce significant flares and/or coronal mass ejections close to the full Moon of July 7, 2009 (see waylandsmithy or knolldown or milkhill or milkhill). When studied in close detail, it now seems as if the new “dragonfly” crop picture is giving us the same kind of message.
Our Sun is constantly emitting streams of light particles out and away from itself, a phenomenon which is known as the “solar wind” (see Solar_wind). When we look at high-resolution images of that solar wind by the SOHO satellite (see sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov), we can see that it has the metaphorical two-winged appearance of a common dragonfly:
And indeed at Little London, their “dragonfly-over-Sun” symbol (a dead giveaway) has the same distinctive appearance as high-resolution plots of our solar wind (see SolarWind):
One day before on June 2, a long series of teardrop-like shapes were drawn at Milk Hill, to represent upcoming coronal mass ejections by our Sun (see milkhill). Then on the next day June 3 at Little London, we saw ten circles within that dragonfly’s tail, which seem to resemble what was shown at Milk Hill the day before:
Could they likewise represent “solar ejections” of some kind? The entire crop picture was oriented due west in a field near a local airstrip, to suggest that such ejections will occur when our Sun is low in the west:
When exactly might all of this happen? Two small serrated regions of crop near the head of that dragonfly show seven thin lines on each side, to suggest a date of ”7-7-2009” as indicated the day before at Milk Hill (see milkhill).
Another picture at New Farm on June 5 shows the same symbol for “Sun” as in that dragonfly, except with a extra triangular centre that has often been used to designate “Sun”, for example at Stanton Bridge on July 14, 2007 (see /stantonbridge2007). In that new crop picture, our Sun is shown going around its axis of rotation by one full turn, which takes 27 days near the equator or 38 days near the poles:
A mean value of 32 days, when added to June 5, gives around July 7. Over the past week, our Sun has suddenly entered a new active phase which seems to mark the beginning of cycle 24:
“SOHO observed a fairly active magnetic region on June 3 as it rotated toward the centre of the Sun. Its magnetic orientation and high latitude mark it as belonging to new solar cycle 24. Another active region may be coming into view as well. Is the activity of our Sun, in doldrums for two years, picking up a bit? Stay tuned!” (see /sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov)
Yes, I will stay tuned to the SOHO website, and everybody else should do too! As our Sun rotates for one more turn about its central axis between June 5 and July 7, what novel kinds of activity might we see there?
